Early Education and Care
Complete Kids is a warm welcoming environment in which children and families have a sense of belonging. Being family owned and operated we focus on supporting the needs of families and welcome their input. Our centres have been purpose built, with large play rooms filled with natural light. The outdoor play areas have a natural theme with lots of shade and interesting areas to explore, play and learn.
Our qualified educators work together to provide rich learning experiences through a strength/interest based approach. Reflective practice allows us to view children as capable, competent and active participants in their learning. Programs are flexible to accommodate individual children’s needs. They involve individual, small group and whole group activities with a balance of indoor and outdoor play, as well as quiet and active experiences.
Our daily menu supports a healthy diet and enjoyable meal times, with fresh food prepared on site everyday.
We have weekly wellness incursions, across all age groups, ranging from music and movement to sports programs.
Gumnut and Possum Babies
Our nursery room is thoughtfully designed to be a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where babies feel safe, secure and supported.
From the cosy play spaces and a separate sleep nook, to the nurturing approach of educators, every detail is tailored to meet the unique needs of infants.
Our dedicated educators provide individualised care, responding with warmth and sensitivity to each child’s cues, routines, and developmental stage. Through sensory play, music, stories, and lots of cuddles, we help little ones build strong foundations for communication, confidence, and connection.
We work closely with families to ensure a smooth transition into care, offering flexible routines that mirror home life and encourage a strong sense of security.
Wombat, Platypus and Bilby Rooms (approx. 18months - 2.5years)
Our Wombat, Platypus and Bilby rooms are warm and exciting spaces designed to support the learning and development of our toddlers. At this age, children are becoming more mobile, curious, and expressive and our environment encourages them to explore safely, connect socially, and develop independence at their own pace.
With the gentle guidance of our qualified educators, toddlers engage in a variety of fun, hands-on experiences like messy play, music and movement, puzzles and problem solving and outdoor adventures. These activities help build language, coordination, and social skills, all while being fun and engaging.
Our Wombat, Platypus and Bilby rooms implement a flexible routine, giving children a sense of security whilst ensuring we highlight children’s voice and the freedom to make choices.
Joey and Galah Rooms (approx. 2-3years)
Our Joey and Galah rooms are equally dynamic and nurturing environments where growing minds and active bodies are free to explore, create, and connect. At this stage, toddlers are becoming more independent, social, and eager to express themselves and we’re here to guide and celebrate every exciting step.
With a play-based approach to learning, our experienced educators support children as they develop key skills through imaginative play, group activities, storytelling, music, art, and outdoor exploration. Our open ended experiences are thoughtfully planned to encourage problem-solving, creativity, language development, and emotional growth.
We gently guide toddlers through routines that build self-help skills like putting on shoes, dressing themselves, toileting, helping them feel capable, confident, and proud of their achievements. Our environment is filled with opportunities for meaningful interactions and joyful discovery, all at a pace that respects each child’s individuality.
Wallaby and Dingo Rooms (3 - 5 years - non kinder)
Our Wallaby and Dingo rooms provide a space for our 3 to 5 year olds who are enrolled in funded kindergarten programs at another service or on other days. This space is designed to nurture both structured learning and free exploration with the flexibility of a long day care setting.
Through engaging, hands-on activities like creative arts, interactive play, storytelling, and outdoor adventures, children are encouraged to develop key skills in communication, problem-solving, and social interaction. Our educators collaborate with families to ensure that each child’s learning is supported both at kinder and in our care, providing a smooth and consistent experience across settings.
With a focus on building confidence, independence, and social-emotional skills, we make sure every child feels prepared and excited for the next step in their educational journey. With long day care options, families can rest easy knowing their child is in a safe, stimulating environment that complements their kinder sessions.
Funded Kindergarten (3-5 years)
Our Kindergarten programs offer a rich and exciting learning environment where children ages 3 to 5 are empowered to grow, explore, and thrive. With a focus on school readiness, we provide a dynamic curriculum that balances structured learning with our play based approach, providing many opportunities for exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
In our kindergarten rooms, children develop essential skills in literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and problem-solving, whilst also building confidence, independence and emotional resilience. Our Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teachers and experienced Educators guide children through hands-on activities, group projects, and real-world learning experiences that nurture curiosity and a love for learning.
To support children, families and educators in our kindergarten programs, we have access to a range of helpful local support services, designed to assist in children’s learning and developmental needs as they prepare for the transition to school.
We support children’s transition to primary school by fostering independence, responsibility, and self-expression, ensuring they are not only ready for the next academic step but excited for it. Our program also emphasises social skills, teamwork, and respect for others, helping children develop meaningful relationships and a strong sense of community.
