Before & Afterschool Care
Our Complete Kids OSHC (Outside School Hours Care) program operates from two locations:
Killara Primary School (6:30am-8:45am & 3:30pm-6:30pm)
Sunbury West Primary School (6:30am-8:45am & 3:30pm-6:30pm)
Our OSHC programs (before school care, after school care and vacation care) offer organised and structured activities and experiences, as well as relaxed free play opportunities. Complete Kids OSHC ensures our curriculum is based on children’s current interests, promoting choice and participation in their own learning. Our OSHC program caters for primary school-aged children (5-12 years) in our caring, engaging and safe environment, with qualified OSHC educators. We follow the National Quality Framework for school aged children –‘My Time, Our Place’ and we strive to achieve the highest level of quality as determined by the National Quality Standards.
Relationships are crucial to a sense of Belonging at Complete Kids OSHC, confidence in conjunction with social skills and independence, are built through structured indoor and outdoor play.
At Complete Kids OSHC children’s interests, curiosities and exploration of knowledge and environment, are nurtured through a sense of Being. Our team of qualified OSHC educators, encourage the development of creativity and imagination, through our play based learning experiences including home corner play spaces, encouraging children to engage in role-playing play related to familiar domestic activities and also through creative arts, craft activities and group art projects and experiences, letting the children’s creativity and imaginations run wild.
Leadership, understanding and decision making skills are nurtured through our children’s choice program. Complete Kids OSHC gives each child the opportunity to take ownership and a sense of Becoming in their own activities, learning and experiences with the collaboration, support and guidance of our amazing OSHC Educators.
Our OSHC program promotes healthy eating with a nutritional and seasonal menu planned weekly, along with fresh fruit which is always on offer. At our OSHC Services, breakfast is provided/offered each morning and served until 8.00am. Breakfast can consist of cereals and grains, toast, pancakes, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Afternoon Tea is provided/offered each day at our OSHC services, the planned seasonal menu can consist of wraps and sandwiches, soups, nachos with slow cooked meat, pasta bakes and grazing tables (containing fruits and vegetables, dried fruits, dips and cheeses, cold meats, rice cakes and crackers). During our Vacation Care program, Morning Tea is also provided from our seasonal menu.

Please register your interest and details with the OSHC Office (email oshc@completekids.net) and we will respond with our enrolment link and further OSHC information, please state the following in your email :
– Child’s Name
– Primary School Child is Currently Attending / Enrolled to Attend
– Current Year Level / Kindergarten
Once your child’s enrolment has been uploaded, and our OSHC office has reviewed this information, you will receive a ‘welcome email’ from Complete Kids OSHC, and bookings can then be made through the Xplor Home app. We offer both permanent and casual bookings for before and after school care, with most families using a combination of both options. Permanent booking requests can be made via email to the OSHC Office oshc@completekids.net.
